CMKL University runs a free monthly series in which its faculty present current research and then take questions on attendees' own projects. The November edition, Turning Records into Decisions, features two 30-minute talks by Dr. Irving Gómez Méndez, who works on statistics and data science, and Dr. Supawit Chockchowwat, who works on database and data systems, followed by half an hour for audience projects. It is aimed at people in data, engineering or policy research; no technical background is required, and attendees bring laptops.
