Teclead Ventures, a Berlin software and IT consultancy, hosts an evening clinic where participants bring one real AI task from their working day and work through it with the team. It is not a talk: requests are collected and sorted on a wall, one case is worked step by step at the screen with a software engineer, and then participants tackle their own cases with support. The focus is on how to break a problem down so AI tools actually help. Capped at 20 people; no prior knowledge needed.
