AI Realist, an AI education outfit founded by Maria Sukhareva, runs a one-day hands-on masterclass in central Munich. Small groups pick a real problem, build an agentic tool during the session and leave with a deployed project they keep. The day covers what agents are, how to build with them and how to build them, their limits, and what human-in-the-loop systems need in models, tools and infrastructure. Per-task versus per-token pricing is also discussed. No coding experience is required; English instruction, with table tutoring in English or German.
