An instructor-led evening workshop from ACM Austin's Enterprise AI & Engineering group, run in partnership with MongoDB and facilitated by Alejandro Mancilla. Attendees cover agent foundations — orchestration, reasoning, tools, memory and common architecture patterns — then build a working AI technical documentation assistant using LangGraph, a supported model such as Claude, Gemini or GPT, and MongoDB as vector store, knowledge store and memory provider. A laptop and access to a browser-based Instruqt environment are required; basic Python and Jupyter Notebook familiarity is recommended. The session closes with a skill badge quiz and extended Q&A.
