Greg Kamradt is president of the ARC Prize Foundation, which builds the ARC-AGI benchmarks, creator of Needle in a Haystack, and teaches LLM app development.

Greg Kamradt is president and a board member of the ARC Prize Foundation, the nonprofit co-founded by François Chollet and Mike Knoop that builds the ARC-AGI benchmarks, which OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind and xAI have used. He announced ARC-AGI-3, a set of interactive game-style environments, on 25 March 2026, alongside ARC Prize 2026 and its prize pool of more than $2 million; the foundation went through Y Combinator’s Winter 2026 batch. Before that he led operations and product at the AI accounting company Digits and spent several years at Salesforce on strategy, growth and predictive analytics. He created “Needle in a Haystack”, an open-source test of how well a language model retrieves a fact buried in a long context, and teaches developers to build LLM applications on his YouTube channel, @DataIndependent. He also runs Leverage, through which he builds products and invests.
