AI platform that predicts injury risk and recommends training-load adjustments for pro sports, now operating as part of human-performance company svexa.

Zone7 was founded in 2017 in Palo Alto, California by Tal Brown and Eyal Eliakim, both former officers in an Israeli intelligence unit, who applied pattern-detection techniques from their cybersecurity backgrounds to athlete workload and wellness data instead. The company raised a $2.5 million seed round in 2019 and an $8 million Series A in 2021 led by Blumberg Capital, working with clients including Liverpool FC, SSC Napoli, and franchises across the NFL, MLS and NWSL. By its own account, the platform had processed more than 200 million hours of athlete activity data. In February 2024, Zone7 was acquired by svexa, a human-performance analytics company, which merged Zone7's injury-risk models into its broader platform. Zone7 continues to operate under its own brand within svexa's product line.
