AI design platform that turns hand-drawn sketches into photorealistic product renders in seconds for industrial designers.

Vizcom was founded in 2020 in San Francisco by CEO Jordan Taylor, a former industrial designer at Honda and NVIDIA, together with CTO Kaelan Richards. Unlike consumer image generators, Vizcom targets industrial designers, footwear and apparel designers, and engineers, converting rough hand sketches into photorealistic, high-fidelity renders while preserving the original composition and intent. The company has raised roughly $52 million in total, including a seed round led by Unusual Ventures, a $20 million Series A led by Index Ventures in 2024, and a $27 million Series B led by Radical Ventures. More than 150 companies, including Fortune 500 firms such as Ford, Target, Dell, New Balance and Estee Lauder, use Vizcom to accelerate the workflow from concept sketch to production-ready visual.
