Trullion

AI platform for lease accounting, revenue recognition, and audit that extracts terms from contracts into auditable ledgers.

Trullion

Trullion was founded in 2019 by Isaac Heller and Amir Boldo, initially registered under the name SMRT before rebranding. The company is headquartered in New York with an engineering office in Tel Aviv, and grew out of Heller's own experience watching finance teams manually reconcile lease and revenue contracts during an IPO and a subsequent ASC 842 lease accounting transition. The company has raised roughly $34 million, including a $15 million round led by StepStone Group with participation from Aleph, Third Point Ventures, and Greycroft, investors that include finance executives from SAP, EY, and Airbnb. Trullion has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the US. Trullion's software reads unstructured contracts, invoices, and spreadsheets and converts them into structured, auditable records for ASC 842 and IFRS 16 lease accounting and ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition, generating the underlying ERP journal entries and disclosure reports. A separate audit module extends the same contract-reading AI to external auditors reviewing a client's books.
