Styldod is a real estate visualization company founded in 2015 by Akhilesh Majumdar and Shital Bhikhubhai Gohil, built around a combination of human designers and, more recently, AI models for staging and enhancing property listing photos. The company is incorporated in Dover, Delaware, with its design and engineering team based in Bengaluru, India, and has worked with more than 10,000 U.S. real estate agents on virtual staging, photo enhancement, floor plans, and 3D renders. In 2022 Styldod raised a $1 million seed round backed by Prime Venture Partners and the MLS-industry-aligned Venture MLS fund, and it launched ReimagineHome as a self-serve AI product line that automates the virtual staging and renovation-preview work the company originally did with human designers. The company reports crossing $1 million in annual recurring revenue and staging more than 65,000 images through its original service, alongside a Smart Media Module now used by over 100,000 agents for embedded listing photo tools.
