Rox
Agentic revenue platform that deploys fleets of always-on AI agents to research accounts, monitor risk, and update CRM data for enterprise sales teams.

Rox was founded in San Francisco in 2024 by Ishan Mukherjee, the former chief growth officer at New Relic who had earlier built the observability startup Pixie before its acquisition by New Relic, together with co-founders Avanika Narayan, Diogo Ribeiro, Chris R and Shriram S. The company's pitch is that legacy CRM software is a passive system of record, and that sales teams instead need an always-on layer of AI agents that continuously research accounts, watch for risk and opportunity signals, and write updates back into tools like Salesforce without a rep having to ask. Rox describes its architecture as a warehouse-native agent swarm, connecting directly to a company's cloud data warehouse alongside web, Slack, macOS and iOS apps, and leans heavily on OpenAI's models, including a voice feature for meeting preparation built on OpenAI's Realtime API. Reference customers named by the company include Ramp, MongoDB and New Relic, and the company said in 2026 that it had scaled to tracking $25 million in software-attributed revenue for Global 2000 customers while still in beta. Funding moved quickly: a $50 million seed and Series A combination in late 2024 from Sequoia and General Catalyst was followed by a later round that pushed the company's valuation to roughly $1.2 billion, with General Catalyst returning as lead investor.
