Presight AI
Abu Dhabi-based, publicly listed big data and AI analytics company delivering government, smart-city and enterprise intelligence platforms.

Presight was established in Abu Dhabi in 2020 as part of the G42 group of AI and technology companies, and moved quickly toward public markets, listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in March 2023 in an IPO that was oversubscribed well over a hundred times and raised roughly $496 million. G42 remains its majority shareholder. The company positions itself as a big-data-and-AI analytics provider for government, energy, financial services and smart-city clients across the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, spanning products from generative AI assistants to computer-vision-based traffic and safety monitoring for public agencies. It has taken a 51% stake in AIQ, ADNOC's industrial AI venture, and formed a joint venture with Kazakhstan's Samruk-Kazyna sovereign wealth fund, extending its government-facing business into Central Asia. Microsoft invested $1.5 billion into G42 in 2024, a relationship Presight has also drawn on for its cloud and AI infrastructure. Presight reported AED 3.03 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025, up close to 37% year over year, and operates under CEO Thomas Pramotedham, who has led the company since 2022, alongside COO Adel Alsharji and CFO Mauro Pavanello.
