Palo Alto startup whose Ninja AI app bundles a dozen-plus specialized agents for research, coding, and images behind one subscription instead of separate logins.

NinjaTech AI was founded in Palo Alto in 2022 by Babak Pahlavan, Sam Naghshineh, and Arash Sadrieh, a team with backgrounds at Google, Meta, and AWS. The founders set out to build a single assistant that could replace the growing pile of separate AI subscriptions people were accumulating for coding, research, and writing. The company's consumer product, marketed as Ninja AI and built around an agent called SuperNinja, combines more than a dozen specialized agents and multiple underlying models behind one interface, with native apps for macOS, Windows, and Linux. NinjaTech has partnered with Cerebras to run inference on its chips, which the company says lets it return complex agentic answers in well under a minute rather than the several minutes typical of comparable agents. NinjaTech AI has raised roughly $28 million in seed funding from backers including the Amazon Alexa Fund and DCVC, and moved to a usage-based credit pricing model in 2026 alongside its existing free, Pro, and Business tiers.
