AI-native end-to-end test automation platform built around low-code test creation and auto-healing tests that survive UI changes without manual fixes.

mabl was founded in 2017 by Izzy Azeri and Dan Belcher, who previously built and sold Stackdriver to Google. The company is headquartered in Boston and set out to make automated end-to-end testing something a whole delivery team could own, not just a dedicated automation engineer with deep Selenium expertise. Tests are recorded through a browser extension called mabl Trainer and run on mabl's own cloud grid, with an auto-healing engine that re-locates UI elements when a button ID changes or a CSS class gets renamed, instead of failing the test outright. The platform has since expanded into API testing, visual testing and, more recently, agentic features that can generate and expand test coverage from a written description of a user story. mabl has raised roughly $76 million across multiple rounds, including a $40 million Series C in 2021 led by Vista Equity Partners with participation from Google Ventures, CRV and Amplify Partners, and serves customers across financial services, healthcare and retail.
