Computer-vision fitness and rehab platform that watches users through a webcam and gives real-time form correction with no wearables.

Kemtai was founded in Israel in 2019 by Mike Telem, Mor Amitai, and Naomi Keren, a computational neuroscientist who leads product. Rather than requiring a wearable or motion sensor, the platform uses a standard laptop or phone camera and a proprietary neural network to track roughly 111 points on the body, comparing the result against motion-capture-lab-validated reference movements. Kemtai sells mainly to health plans, physical therapy clinics, and corporate wellness programs rather than directly to consumers: a clinician assigns a home exercise plan, and the patient completes it in front of their own camera while getting live cues on range of motion, tempo, and form. Partners include RecoveryOne and the 180 MSK Systems virtual physical therapy network. The company has raised a modest $5.8 million across pre-seed and seed rounds from investors including AlleyCorp.
