AI podcast studio that turns documents, articles and notes into fully produced multi-host episodes.

Jellypod was started in San Francisco by Pierson Marks and Jason Alafgani, who wanted podcast production to work more like generating a document than booking a studio session. Its public beta ran through late 2024 before a full launch in January 2025. Unlike venture-backed rivals, Jellypod has grown without disclosed outside funding, staying a small team while iterating on the product publicly through frequent changelog posts and Product Hunt launches. The product's premise is that a podcast doesn't need a human host to sound like one: feed it a topic, a PDF, or a set of notes, and it writes a script and performs it with customizable AI voices across one to four hosts, then publishes the result to the usual podcast platforms automatically.
