Deliveroo connects consumers, riders and merchants across local markets through an online platform and on-demand delivery service.

Deliveroo was founded in London in 2013 by Will Shu and Greg Orlowski. It operates a three-sided marketplace connecting consumers, riders and restaurant, grocery and retail partners through logistics technology. Deliveroo reported 296 million orders in 2024, approximately 153,000 restaurant partner sites and 3,839 employees. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange before DoorDash completed its acquisition on October 2, 2025; Deliveroo shares were delisted with effect from October 3, 2025. Deliveroo continues to operate as a DoorDash brand, with Miki Kuusi serving as Head of DoorDash International and CEO of Deliveroo.
