Dataiku
End-to-end platform for building, deploying and governing data science, machine learning and generative AI applications across an enterprise.

Dataiku was founded in Paris in 2013 by Florian Douetteau, Clément Stenac, Thomas Cabrol and Marc Batty, with Douetteau continuing as CEO. The company's flagship product, commonly referred to as DSS (Data Science Studio), was built around a hybrid visual-and-code approach that lets both business analysts and data scientists collaborate on the same data pipelines, a design choice that helped Dataiku land large regulated customers like banks, insurers and pharmaceutical companies looking for governance as much as raw modeling power. The company is now dual-headquartered with a major U.S. office in New York and continues to operate out of Paris, and it raised a $200 million Series F in December 2022 led by Wellington Management at a valuation of roughly $4.6 billion. As of 2026, Dataiku has been reported to be preparing for a potential initial public offering, with Morgan Stanley and Citigroup named as lead underwriters. More recently, Dataiku has rebranded around "the Platform for AI Success," adding a governed LLM Mesh layer, a packaged RAG chat application called Answers, and agent-building tools on top of its existing data pipeline and MLOps capabilities, positioning itself against both Databricks and Microsoft in the enterprise generative AI market.
