Design-to-code platform whose Figma plugin turns files, URLs, or prompts into production React, Vue, or HTML apps while keeping your design system intact.

Anima was founded in Tel Aviv in 2017 by Avishay Cohen, Michal Cohen, and Or Arbel. The company's early product converted static Figma or Sketch mockups into animated, clickable prototypes; it later rebuilt itself around a harder problem — generating real, production-ready front-end code straight from a design file. Today Anima's Figma plugin is one of the most widely installed design-to-code tools on the Figma marketplace, with more than 1.5 million installs. It can also take a live URL and clone the layout into editable code, or start a page from a text prompt inside its browser-based playground, then export the result as React, Vue, HTML, or components built on MUI or Ant Design. Anima raised a $10 million Series A in 2021 led by MizMaa Ventures, and in February 2026 received a strategic investment from IBM aimed at accelerating enterprise adoption of design-to-code workflows.
